How to master a move to a brand new Cheshire home

Redrow is holding a special event at its Abbeyfields development in Sandbach to let people know how to make a move to a brand new home the easy way.

On Saturday March 4th and Sunday March 5th, visitors to Abbeyfields will be able to find out more about Mastermove, an initiative aimed at those who have a property to sell and would like to move with a minimum of fuss.

In the heart of Cheshire, the development features a range of four bedroom Arts & Crafts influenced Heritage Collection homes, each one designed with family living firmly in mind.

Once a dream new home has been chosen, the award-winning housebuilder’s Mastermove scheme could help homeowners sell up and move on quickly, avoiding any lengthy chains – and paying some of the estate agent’s fees.

With no obligation to put their property on the market, customers who sign up for Mastermove will have their property valued by three local agents which they can recommend and, once a selling price is agreed, Redrow will instruct two of those estate agents to market the property on their behalf. Crucially, the housebuilder keeps in regular contact with all parties to ensure the sales process runs quickly and smoothly and they will even make a contribution towards the fees.

Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “At the event we’ll be explaining how Mastermove works in all kinds of circumstances. Whether you’re moving up, down or sideways on the property ladder, with Mastermove you should be able to avoid the headache of a long wait to sell your home. We’ll work closely with local agents in a bid to help you sell your property much quicker and at full market value. We’ll be able to answer any questions about the initiative which has worked so well for so many of our customers.

“Visitors will also be able to take a look around our two fully furnished and expertly designed show homes which give a fantastic flavour of the lifestyle on offer.”

The Mastermove event will be held on Saturday March 4th and Sunday March 5th at the development on Middlewich Road between 10am and 5.30pm.

Abbeyfields is located just minutes to the west of the charming market town of Sandbach. Sought after by families for its excellent schools, the location is equally coveted by commuters thanks to its excellent road and rail links, including easy access to the M6.

The Heritage Collection homes are available from £321,995 and the marketing suite and show homes are open Monday from 12pm to 5.30pm, and Thursday to Sunday 10am to 5.30pm.
