Lawson Rise - Balmoral

Hurry to Make Whalley Your Home

Its friendliness and community spirit have earned Whalley, in Lancashire, a place on The Sunday Times' ‘Best Places to Live’ list for the last three years running.

But if you'd like to become one of Whalley's happy inhabitants at Redrow's Lawson Rise development, you'd better get a move on.

The award-winning homebuilder has already sold nearly three-quarters of 38 large and luxurious, four and five-bedroom detached homes that will be built.

And while a new release of these larger detached family homes is on the market, potential purchasers need to be quick off the mark.

“Lawson Rise is an extremely popular development,” said Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire). “That’s due to a combination of things, notably the high quality homes from our sought-after Heritage Collection and the beauty of the location.

“Sitting on the banks of the River Calder, Whalley is an absolutely charming village with independent shops, cafes, wine bars and restaurants; while being surrounded by the most idyllic Lancashire countryside, close to the historic town of Clitheroe and within easy reach of other north west towns and cities.”

Claire added: “We’ve already sold 27 of our 38 large detached homes at Lawson Rise and, although we’ve currently got a small selection of homes on the pricelist, I’d encourage people to act quickly as they don’t tend to stay on the market for long!”

Four-bedroom designs are currently available, with prices from £424,995. They include Redrow's Sunningdale and Henley designs. The Henley at £464,995 has an amazing open-plan kitchen, dining and family room running across the whole width of the house with two sets of patio doors onto the back garden. It also has a separate lounge, an integral double garage and two of the four bedrooms enjoy the luxury of an en-suite.

All of the properties are from Redrow's Arts & Crafts inspired Heritage Collection - combining traditional architecture with all the comforts of modern living within - and harmonise superbly with the surrounding village.

Still to come are 16 smaller two and three-bedroom properties which will be built to resemble rural terraces or a ‘farmstead’ and offered via a housing association.
