Premier house builder Redrow is celebrating the successful launch of its new Pavilion development in Poulton-Le-Fylde, Lancashire.
Around 50 people attended the opening of the exciting new development, set to transform redundant land which was once a derelict eyesore into a plush new collection of 39 family homes.
Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), was delighted with the response, as she encouraged would-be home owners to move quickly if they want to secure one of the stunning homes available.
She said: “As well as location – and The Pavilion is in the most perfect place – buyers are looking for space, style and, increasingly, something special.
“The Pavilion ticks every box with a collection of superb homes in which I’m delighted, although not surprised, to say there was a huge amount of interest – and that continues.”
The opening day, together with a pre-launch event, has already seen four firm reservations of properties, with many others progressing. There is also an early bird registration for a property yet to be officially released for sale and Redrow is helping a number of prospective purchasers who have made enquiries about its Mastermove scheme, which helps to make moving into a new home easier for those who have an existing house to sell.
The development will see 39 four-bedroom family homes being built but there was particular interest in the York style of house, as shown at its best in The Pavilion’s show home.
Claire added: “The York style was especially popular, although that is understandable when people view the amazing showhome. It’s a traditional four-bedroom townhouse with tremendous charm. Though understated on the outside, within there is a superior level of living.”
Open plan spaces in The York enhance family living, while the modern interior design choices guarantee comfort and a home in which you can relax.
On the ground floor is the lounge and open plan kitchen/dining area, complemented by a cloakroom and handy laundry room. The first floor hosts three good-sized bedrooms and the main family bathroom, while the master bedroom suite enjoys pride of place on the second floor. Perfect for when you want to escape for a little peace!
All of Redrow’s Heritage Collection homes combine traditional Arts & Crafts inspired exteriors with modern interiors, and are fitted with all the finishing touches and contemporary appliances you could wish for. The York is no exception.
And all this can be found in Poulton-Le-Fylde, which offers an idyllic location, excellent commuter connections as well as an excellent selection of shops and schools – everything today’s family needs.
Trains from Poulton Station, just a short walk from The Pavilion, will whisk home owners into Blackpool in just eight minutes. Trains to Preston take only 18 minutes, with up to four services per hour, with connections to Manchester taking just 1 hour 10 minutes in total.
The York townhouse is currently available from £289,995, while four-bedroom detached homes at The Pavilion are priced from £282,995 to £364,995.
