Redrow Has The Prescription for a Stress-Free Move

While there are many who want to step onto the property ladder or move on to a new home, buying a property can sometimes seem like a headache.

But award-winning housebuilder Redrow has got just the remedy for would-be purchasers – a Homebuyers' Surgery designed to make the process pain-free.

The Homebuyers' Surgery will be held at its Canal View development in Garstang on Sunday, March 13 between 11am to 4pm, where a collection of experts and independent advisers will be on hand to prescribe solutions to any house-buying concerns you might have – and offer a prognosis of a long and happy future in a brand new home!

Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire) said: “Buying a new home really doesn't have to be traumatic and we’re here to prove it. We want to make moving house as stress-free as possible, and help people understand that it can be simple and pain-free.

“We offer a range of incentives, practical and financial, to help people realise their dream of having a beautiful home of their own, but people don't have to just take our word for it.

“We would love to welcome people to the Homebuyers' Surgery to talk to us along with independent professional advisors who will be able to offer advice on mortgages and the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme, together with a specialist estate agent who will be able to discuss details of part-exchange and Mastermove.”

Claire added: “Of course, while they are here and have learned about all the possibilities, they can view our wonderful show homes and see for themselves what they could look forward to owning.”

Canal View at The Toppings now has two, three and four-bedroom homes available, so there is even greater choice to suit every taste and every pocket. But whether it is a cosy two-bedroom property or a larger four bedroom detached, each has a host of family friendly features and is stunning and stylish in its own right.

All homes are from Redrow's Heritage Collection, which combines high quality, traditional craftsmanship with contemporary interior design, to meet the demands of today's modern family. Prices start from £179,995 and there’s a range of incentives to help you make the move, including Redrow’s Mastermove service.

Aimed at those who have a property to sell, it can get you on the move quickly with a fraction of the fuss you might anticipate.

Customers have their property valued and, once a selling price is agreed, Redrow instructs a local estate agent and online agent to market the property on your behalf. The housebuilder will even pay the estate agent’s fees at the end of the day.

Or purchasers can take advantage of Help to Buy, through which the Government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your new property through an equity loan which is interest free for five years. This reduces the initial outlay and means homes are available with only 5% deposit.

And you can find out more about Mastermove and Help to Buy, along with other essential home-buying information, at Redrow's special event on March 13.
