Redrow to host two right royal open weekends in Manchester

Families can celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in style with Redrow Homes in Manchester next weekend (June 2 and 3) with some regal offers on selected new homes.

To mark an extended weekend of festivities, housebuilder Redrow is hosting Jubilee-inspired events at two of its developments – Hayes Green, in Irlam, and Stamford Brook, in Altrincham - on Saturday and Sunday, to showcase its majestic homes.

Anita Williams, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “We’ll be getting our homebuyers in the mood to rejoice with patriotic decorations and cupcakes for visitors. We’ve also got some fantastic Jubilee special offers on some of our new homes; such as carpets included with our two-bedroom Hayeswater apartments at Hayes Green and in our a three-bedroom Fyne at The Willows and our two-bedroom Evesham at The Oaks, both part of Stamford Brook.

The Jubilee offers are on now and run until Sunday June 10.

Visitors can also take a look around Redrow’s crowning glories - its professionally dressed show homes, so they can fully appreciate the style and specification available.

Anita added: “We’re here to show homebuyers that although they may not quite have the Queen’s budget, we could still help them find their perfect palace from among our range of traditional homes. They’re all packed with family friendly features to make life more convenient and comfortable.”

Located in Hayes Road, Hayes Green is close to local amenities in Irlam, while strong road and rail links mean there’s easy access to the Trafford Centre, Manchester city centre, Warrington and further afield. Prices on a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes are from £117,995 to £234,995.

Set in a semi-rural location off Manchester Road, The Willows and The Oaks at Stamford Brook offer the best of both worlds. Woodland walkways and greenways are part of the development; yet the homes enjoy easy access to local amenities with a supermarket just a stone’s throw away. Manchester city centre is easily reached and there’s good motorway access to other cities, including Chester and Liverpool, making it a great choice for commuters. Two, three and four-bedroom homes are priced from £179,995 to £439,995.

For more information visit the sales offices and show homes over the Jubilee weekend (June 2 and 3), from 10am to 5.30pm.
