Show Homes set to open at Ledsham Garden Village

Show homes for the brand new Ledsham Garden Village development in Little Sutton are set to open this month as the first-phase by award-winning housebuilder Redrow gets underway.

With showcase properties from the sought-after Heritage Collection opening in two neighbouring developments at the location; Oaklands and Sycamore Green, homebuyers will have their first chance to view the homes when they are unveiled on June 25 and 26.

Oaklands will feature Redrow’s Letchworth three-bedroom home which offers features often seen as the preserve of larger properties, such as a master bedroom en-suite. Also on show will be two four-bedroom homes, the Cambridge and the Windsor, carefully designed to balance open plan family living with modern appliances and contemporary décor.

Two new premium four-bedroom show homes, the Welwyn and the Henley; one of Redrow’s most popular styles, will be opening to view at Sycamore Green.

With a design concept of `something old, something new’, all of the properties across Redrow’s Heritage Collection seek to combine the perfect mix of traditional craftsmanship with architecture inspired from the 1930s, resulting in homes that deliver fine 21st century living, while capturing the great British style.

A total of 170 properties will make up the first phase of Ledsham Garden Village, 43 of which will be affordable homes. Each will offer individual design touches, featuring generously proportioned bright, airy open plan living and contemporary interiors to create real character.

With a colour palette for the new homes inspired by the Arts and Craft era of the early twentieth century, their design aims to add warmth and depth, even down to the colour of the front door.

The impressive new development, set to cover 105 hectares to the north of Ledsham Road, will eventually become a sustainable new community of up to 2,000 homes as demand continues to increase in the local area.

Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “We are very much looking forward to opening our first show homes at Ledsham Garden Village. This is an exciting project for us, creating a brand new community in a lovely setting, which combines the convenience of a strong transport network and close proximity to both Liverpool and Chester with the surrounding beautiful countryside.

“This will be the first garden village created in the area for some time offering a superb collection of new homes designed for real family life and interspersed with welcome green spaces.”

A launch weekend for the show homes and marketing suite will be held on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 June, between 10am and 5.30pm, with the show homes open seven days a week thereafter.
