Cocktails, tapas and Latin music will be the order of the day when new chic and contemporary show homes open in Horsforth.
Redrow is laying on a special evening event on Thursday, November 26 to mark the opening of the new Abode showhomes at its Horsforth Vale development, just north of Leeds.
Abode by Redrow is a departure from the traditional looking family homes the homebuilder is renowned for. The trendsetting new collection presents an ‘uncluttered’ but smart façade, with a host of in-vogue features in the chic boutique style designs.
The homes boast wide open living spaces – virtually all of the ground floor is open plan – and include features such as wet rooms and underfloor heating. Every bedroom has its own wet room or en-suite and banks of discreet storage units create faux walls.
The new range complements Redrow’s Heritage Collection homes already on sale at Horsforth Vale which have more traditional Arts and Crafts inspired exteriors.
Redrow’s sales director in Yorkshire, Patsy Aicken, said: “The Abode range provides homebuyers with a different option. It’s perfect for those who prefer streamlined, contemporary styling in their homes, so we’ll be able to meet the needs of a broader range of customers.
“These modern two and three-bedroom homes are versatile and cater for busy people who like to entertain, making them ideal for those such as young professionals or couples who live a very sociable lifestyle. In fact, buyers will be able to get a taste of the how ideal they are for entertaining if they come along to our show homes launch party.”
On Thursday, November 26 the evening event will provide musical entertainment, cocktails and canapés from 5pm until 8pm marking the opening of the two show homes and marketing suite.
Would-be buyers will be able to see all the Abode features up close as well as find out about the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which is available on all of the properties and can reduce the initial purchase price by 20%. It also allows the user to put down as little as a 5% deposit.
The homes lie about six miles from Leeds city centre and good transport links make the location ideal for commuters. There’s a good choice of shops in Horsforth and the area has lots of active clubs enabling homeowners to play a part in the local community.
Current prices start from £269,950.
Those keen to find out more about the Redrow homes, can visit the existing Heritage Collection show homes at Horsforth Vale, which are open daily 10am until 5.30pm on Calverley Lane. The new Abode show homes and marketing suite on Low Hall Road will be open daily from 10am until 5.30pm from Thursday November 26.
