Redrow is inviting homebuyers to put their wellies on for a sneak preview of its recently launched development just outside Derby.
Prospective house buyers will be able to have an exclusive look at our East Midlands’ Durose Country Park development on Mansfield Road from 10am-5.30pm on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th January, as part of our ‘Wellies on Weekend’.
Visitors will be able to enjoy a guided tour of the site and be able to see first-hand the great location of the homes.
Durose Country Park is also hosting a separate event next month to help house-hunters get on the property ladder. Experts will be on hand to guide house buyers through the process of purchasing a home from 10am-5.30pm on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th February.
Those in the market for a new home can stop by and find out more about getting on the property ladder with ‘Help to Buy’, and take advantage of a free assessment with an independent financial advisor.
The scheme is available when buying new homes up to the value of £600,000 and is open to both first-time buyers and house movers.
Mary Timlin, Sales Director for Redrow Homes East Midlands, said: “The ‘Wellies on Weekend’ is a great opportunity for homebuyers to have a look around Durose Country Park and see the fantastic locations of the homes.
“We are also hosting a Help to Buy event in February, as we want to make it as easy as possible for people in Derby to buy their dream home, and show them just how simple the process can be.
“I would encourage those interested in buying a new home to consider coming along to one of these events, as we will be able to give the advice you need to help you buy the home of your dreams.”
Durose Country Park allows residents to embrace village living while still enjoying easy access to Derby city centre. The development, which will feature a collection of high-quality two, three and four-bedroom homes, is close to excellent local amenities with easy links to the city and beyond.
