Redrow Homes East Midlands is inviting local people to find out more about its latest development, Clarence Fields, at the launch of its pop-up shop on Saturday 9th November, on Leicester Road.
Plans for the new homes at the development will be revealed – and those in the market for a new property can be among the first to reserve their dream home.
Visitors will be treated to a glass of bubbly, as they decide which of the three- and four-bedroom homes are the perfect fit for them at Clarence Fields. The location, just five miles to the south of Leicester city centre, and with our award-winning Heritage Collection style of homes, has already created excitement among local house hunters.
Mary Timlin, Sales Director for Redrow Homes East Midlands, said: “We are very excited to be launching our first ever pop-up property shop in Wigston town centre. We want to make it as easy as possible for local people to discover their dream home, and find out what life could be like at Clarence Fields.
“Our pop-up shop presents the perfect opportunity for those interested in buying a home in Wigston to ask our highly experienced team any questions they may have. We’re looking forward to opening the doors to our pop-up shop and would encourage interested parties to visit us soon, as these popular homes are likely to be snapped up quickly.”
Homes at Clarence Fields, which is situated off Welford Road, are available from £255,000.
A large part of the Clarence Fields development will be set out as public open space, with the addition of a footpath link which will connect the development with amenities to the north. Redrow Homes will also be contributing towards a new primary school and library.
Clarence Fields is Redrow Homes East Midlands’ second development in Leicestershire, with homes also available from £374,950 at Saxon Meadows in Market Harborough.
