Our East Midlands division has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new head of sales.
Ryan O’Sullivan, from Northamptonshire, brings more than 10 years’ experience in the property sector, and has been with us for five years.
Ryan started his career as a sales negotiator in an estate agency at the age of 18, following his keen interest in architecture and property design. After being introduced to the new build sector by a friend, he made the industry leap to become a sales advisor for a national housebuilder.
After visiting our development for the first time, Ryan was blown away by the design and quality of the homes, and immediately wanted to make the move to Redrow. Joining our South Midlands team as a sales consultant in 2015, Ryan quickly climbed the ranks and was promoted to area sales Manager just 12 months later.
Following the launch of our East Midlands division, Ryan was appointed as area sales Manager for the region in 2018.
Paving the way for homegrown talent, Ryan’s new role will see him lead a team of 15 people, with key responsibilities including creating and managing effective marketing strategies for each site and managing the division’s sales function. He will also continue to maintain our high level of customer service, as well as enhancing the growth and progression of the East Midlands division.
Ryan said: “From the second I stepped foot on a Redrow development five years ago, I was immediately blown away by the brand, product and level of service offered and knew I wanted to be part of it. I’ve loved every moment of my time with the team so far and have had the privilege of being mentored by some of the finest sales directors in the industry. I’m truly thrilled to be taking the next step in my career and am looking forward to moving into the position of Head of Sales.
