A Market Harborough couple were delighted when they went from living two hours away from their family, to moving in next door.
When 45-year-old Claire and her husband Simon encouraged Claire’s parents to move from Norfolk to Market Harborough, they had no idea just how just close the move would be.
After deciding to move to be nearer to family, Claire’s parents began looking for a bungalow in the area. Unable to find one to suit their needs, they set their sights on the three-bedroom Amberley at our Saxon Meadows development, in Market Harborough.
Having lived in the town themselves since 2015, Claire and Simon were delighted to be able to visit their parents new home, where they were immediately drawn to the four-bedroom Cambridge next door.
Claire said: “We went to look around Saxon Meadows, to see where my parents would be living, and immediately fell in love with the property next door. We’d been discussing the possibility of moving already, as we felt we’d outgrown the home we were living in.
“We’d looked at a couple of different housebuilders, but Redrow’s build quality was by far the best, and the location has perfect proximity to both the town and countryside. The fact it was next door to my parents new home really was the cherry on the cake – from living two hours away to just two seconds really is a blessing."
