Redrow is bringing the award-winning Heritage Collection homes to the village of Silver End.
Launching on Saturday 13th April, Redrow’s new Meadow View development will offer a selection of three and four bedroom family homes.
Homes from our Heritage Collection are inspired by the 1930’s Arts and Crafts movement, combining traditional exteriors with modern intuitive interiors. The homes have been designed to provide residents with bright open spaces that have been carefully designed to maximise living space and meet individual lifestyle needs. Homes come equipped with the latest integrated appliances and upgrades are easily available when purchasing off-plan via our MyRedrow platform.
Alongside the 210 new houses, 140 affordable homes will also be available including 42 through shared ownership. We are providing open spaces including a children’s play area, pedestrian and cycle connections and an early years and child care centre. Redrow is also contributing over £1.8m towards local educational facilities and £115,000 to enhancing local healthcare facilities.
Kerry McCoubrey, Sales Director at Redrow Eastern, commented: “We are pleased to be launching our award-winning homes in Silver End. Meadow View promises to be a high quality scheme of architectural merit and distinction. We have a home here for everyone and with our Help to Sell scheme available, we’re making moving to the development as easy as possible for buyers.”
We are offering our Help to Sell scheme to existing homeowners, helping to make their move easier by setting up buyers with up to three estate agents – tripling the chances of making a sale and ensuring buyers don’t miss out on their dream home. The initiative is aimed at simplifying the selling process for those leaving an old home behind, with Redrow arranging two or three appraisals of the former property while also handling all marketing activity to help sell homes quickly and easy. The scheme is open to all buyers, no matter whether they are moving up or down the property ladder, and at no extra cost.
The new homes are well served by a selection of local schools. For older pupils, parents have a choice between Ofsted ‘Good’ rated Rickstones Academy and ‘Outstanding’ rated Maltings Academy. For primary school-age children, nearby White Notley CofE Primary is conveniently located close to the railway station, meaning residents can combine the school run with their morning commute.
Trains from close by White Notley Station connect residents to London Liverpool Street in just 53 minutes, while Stansted Airport is just 19 miles away. For the evenings and weekends, Meadow View is close to both Braintree and Witham, providing residents with easy access to an extensive selection of restaurants, shops and leisure facilities.
We are initially launching the new homes from our nearby The Mulberries development in Witham (The Mulberries, Hatfield Road, Witham, CM8 1EJ). Buyers will be able to experience a Redrow home first hand at The Mulberries, with five show homes open for buyers to look around.
