On the 27th March we’re set to launch three new show homes at Westley Green in Langdon Hills, Basildon. Buyers will be able to step inside the three-bedroom Stratford Lifestyle, four-bedroom Cambridge and four-bedroom Oxford.
Westley Green is a 725-home community, which neighbours a 400-acre country park and has several play areas, a trim trail and community allotments onsite. 250 homeowners have already moved in and are able to enjoy the green surroundings and adjacent nature reserve, with 309 homes sold at Westley Green to date.

The opening of the new show homes follows a recent release of new homes, with 63 three- and four-bedroom homes made available earlier this year and 12 already reserved off-plan in a matter of weeks. The homes, from our award-winning Heritage Collection, are inspired by the early 20th century Arts and Crafts movement.
