Mayor officially opens Redrow's new Burscough development
A visit by the Mayor of West Lancashire, Cllr Noel Delaney, marked the official opening of a new development of family homes in Burscough.
The Mayor was a guest of honour as we unveiled a new sales centre plus two enticing show homes at the Grange at Yew Tree Park in Liverpool Road South. Other guests warmly welcomed to the launch event included representatives from local businesses, schools and community groups.
Attendees were among the first to take an exclusive tour around our new development, which features Arts and Crafts inspired architecture twinned with modern, stylish and considered interiors.
We also provided a talk, emphasising our commitment to support the local community, including paying a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) contribution in the region £1.6 million to West Lancashire Borough Council to fund local facilities. We are also funding junction improvements in Liverpool Road South.
Cllr Noel Delaney said: “Redrow’s launch event provided a great opportunity to learn more about The Grange at Yew Tree Park in Burscough, where new family homes have been built. The development is sure to leave a legacy for future generations and it was an honour to be invited as guest of honour to formally open it to the public.”
Lesley Myers, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), added: “It was an honour to welcome The Mayor of West Lancashire, along with so many other distinguished guests from the community to our launch event.
“Along with developing high quality homes, we have a commitment to support and develop thriving communities, and we are excited to have launched the Grange at Yew Tree Park.”
Our four-bedroom oxford and Welwyn show homes have been professionally designed, decorated and furnished to show prospective home owners how their own new home could look. They also highlight some of the specification choices and optional extras and upgrades available to customers so they can personalise their new home.
The development will comprise two, three and four-bedroom homes, with currently prices from £194,995 to £374,995.
Would-be buyers can step inside the Harrogate home sales centre, which is now also open at The Grange at Yew Tree Park, Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5.30pm. Our experts will be on hand to discuss purchase options, like the government backed Help to Buy, ideal for first time buyers, and our own Help to Sell for those with an existing property to sell.
