Easter activities at Poulton and Burscough developments
Two Lancashire locations will play host to fun-packed Easter activities to entertain the family – featuring cupcake decorating and face painting.
Redrow’s newly-opened Grange at Yew Tree Park, in Burscough, and Oldfield Park development, in Poulton have been earmarked for a special open day on Saturday, April 20, between 11am and 3pm.
Visitors will have the chance to take a walk round the developments, chat with Redrow representatives and take advantage of activities laid on, with sponge cakes ready to be layered with buttercream and sprinkles for cupcake decorating sessions plus face painting for youngsters.
Lesley Myers, sales manager for Redrow Homes Lancashire, said: “Our Easter events provide a fabulous opportunity to see the lifestyle on offer at two of our sought-after developments in Burscough and Poulton with show home tours and Redrow experts on hand to discuss purchasing options available.
“With both the Grange at Yew Tree Park and Oldfield Park offering a stunning collection of family homes it seems fitting to stage cupcake decorating activities and face painting for children – providing a day to remember for people of all ages.”
The Grange at Yew Tree Park, in Liverpool Road South, Burscough, was recently unveiled and features the four-bedroom Oxford and Welwyn show homes, which have been professionally designed, decorated and furnished to show prospective home owners how their own new home could look.
They also highlight some of the specification choices and optional extras and upgrades available to customers so they can personalise their new home.
Prices at the development – which will comprise two, three and four-bedroom homes – range from £194,995 to £374,995.
Meanwhile, Oldfield Park in Carr Head Lane, Poulton, has two enticing show homes to take a look round – the three-bedroom Sherbourne and the four-bedroom Cambridge.
Homes from our iconic and award-winning Heritage Collection, starting from £156,000, boast eye-catching exteriors inspired by architecture from the ‘Arts & Crafts’ movement twinned with stylish and spacious interiors.
Purchase options available include the government-backed Help to Buy initiative, requiring just a 5% deposit to help first-time buyers make the move into their dream home.
