It’s the end of an era for one of Redrow’s most successful developments with just a handful of homes left at Summerhill Park in Liverpool.
Only six properties remain at the successful new homes development which, in the last seven years, has seen 401 homes built and gone on to become a thriving community on the outskirts of the city.
Final homes include the three-bedroom Warwick and Amberley, both detached, which add to the variety of homes that have been created at the development off Thingwall Lane, from one and two-bedroom apartments to executive four-bedroom detached homes.
“There really has been a home for everyone,” said Claire Jarvis, sales director for our Lancashire division. “And there’s still a choice for customers among the remaining properties, with two different three-bedroom styles currently on the market and some more four-bedroom detached homes coming soon.”
The remaining properties include one ‘ready-made’ home, the Amberley, that’s just waiting for someone to move in and comes with a host of extras to make it a great buy.
