Prospective buyers invited to open day at The West Works in London
This Saturday Redrow is inviting prospective buyers to an open house weekend at The West Works in Southall. Visitors will be able to view fully furnished show homes in Bradney House which will give them a taste of what living in a Redrow home is like. They will also be able to see first-hand the elegant finish and high specification of Redrow’s apartments.
Designed by Boon Brown Architects, the apartments at The West Works feature brick exteriors, which reflect the site's surroundings and nearby buildings. The new apartments are beautifully specified and will have bright modern interiors, large windows, fully fitted contemporary kitchens and bathrooms and underfloor heating. Residents will be able to enjoy beautifully landscaped podium gardens and courtyards, and will also benefit from cycle storage and a 25-year car club membership. Alongside the new homes, new community amenities will be provided with space for offices, shops or cafés.
A variety of modern and stylish furniture packs are also available from interior design company VESTA London, allowing buyers to truly move into a ‘turnkey’ home.
Southall is a vibrant and diverse area with a real sense of community. This London suburb is home to one of the largest Punjabi communities in the UK and boasts some of the best curry houses in London. Located in the London Borough of Ealing, residents will benefit from a wide choice of cafes and restaurants in the area, as well as nearby Osterley Park, which provides the perfect oasis to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
What's more, when the Elizabeth line opens, Southall becomes one of the best-connected neighbourhoods in the capital, with trains taking you to Bond Street in just 17 minutes and Heathrow in a mere eight minutes.
James Holmear, Sales and Marketing Director for the Greater London Region, said: “Southall is growing into one of London’s most exciting places to live, due to major regeneration plans and millions of pounds worth of inward investment from the Mayor’s regeneration fund, Ealing Council and TfL. House prices in this area have already shot up, but are expected to increase further with the arrival of Crossrail.
“Our open day offers a fantastic opportunity for those thinking about purchasing to come down and experience our homes first-hand and to get a feel for the area. We look forward to meeting prospective new homes owners.”
There are seven remaining one- and two-bedroom homes at Bradney House available to purchase. Prices start from £304,000 and Help to Buy is also available on all plots.
Experts will be on hand for sales advice and guided tours from 10am on Saturday 19th. Find out more about the available homes and to book an appointment here: www.the-westworks.co.uk
