New homes in Rubery have already scored highly with buyers and now judges for the UK Property Awards have given them the thumbs up.
Redrow’s popular Great Park development in Rubery, West Midlands, was Highly Commended in the ‘best development multiple units’ category of the UK Property Awards.
It was one of eight awards for Redrow at a prestigious ceremony held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, in London.
And while all of the homes at Great Park have now been sold, Redrow has plenty to offer buyers in the surrounding area.
Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), says: “Great Park has been hugely successful and we’re delighted that judges in the UK Property Awards have given it their seal of approval. The accolade reassures existing homeowners that they have invested wisely and also sends a positive message out to prospective customers across the West Midlands about what they can expect from Redrow.
“We may have sold out in Rubery but between Kings Park in Worcester, Hamlet Place in Stourport and The Oaks and Saxon Fields, in Bromsgrove, we have a good choice of properties available south of Birmingham, with three, four and five bedrooms. Whichever location or style of home is chosen, buyers can expect the same high standards that earned Great Park an award.”
Redrow’s new homes enjoy a winning combination of traditional looking exteriors inspired by the architecture of the Arts & Crafts era, with bright modern interiors designed for 21st century living.
