Moving to a brand new home in Towcester was a magical experience for Amelie Hubert and dad Steve thanks to Redrow staff.
They had been living in rented accommodation in Milton Keynes, but needed to move to Towcester for family reasons. Having previously owned four new build homes, Steve visited Tove Grange to rule it out rather than intending to buy. He was so impressed with the quality that he travelled to Weedon Bec to view the four-bedroom Cambridge at Harmans Chase before committing to buy in Towcester.
“When I reserved they hadn’t broken the ground on my plot but I was introduced to the site manager and assistant site manager who let me view different stages of the build and I believed their passion,” Steve said.
“They appreciated that this is going to be my home for many years and they wanted me to be involved.”
He watched as his home was built and has a photographic record of its progress.
“Redrow made moving enjoyable for my six-year-old daughter Amelie. She loved being able to cut the ribbon from her bedroom door,” Steve said.
“Because we moved in before Christmas Cindy the sales consultant gave her a form to fill in so that Santa knew where to deliver her presents and she even received a picture of him outside the house as he checked where our new house was. It made it magical for her.”
The classic design of Redrow’s New Heritage Collection appealed to Steve who loved the combination of traditional exteriors and bright, modern interiors.
The new home he shares with Amelie boasts a convivial open plan kitchen, dining room and family area plus separate lounge. There’s a utility to keep the washer and dryer out of the kitchen and a convenient downstairs WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite with the remaining three bedrooms sharing the family bathroom.
“The high specification Redrow offers as standard means the homes provide real value for money and I would have recommended the company. The whole team at Tove Grange were incredibly professional and courteous. Steve added.
“It’s the little things that make a difference like putting air fresheners in the property and coming round after four weeks with a pot of paint to touch up any damage caused during the move. ”
Four-bedroom homes at Tove Grange are available in a choice of styles, with prices from £309,950. A Cambridge similar to Steve and Amelie’s is currently available from £344,950.
Steve isn’t the only customer happy to recommend Redrow. The company is celebrating receiving a five star rating in the Home Builder Federation’s annual customer satisfaction survey, for a third consecutive year after more than 90% of customers said they would recommend them to a friend; and at least 90% of purchasers are satisfied with the quality of their new home.
Show homes at Tove Grange are open every day from 10am to 5.30pm. For the latest availability and pricing, call 01327 438 385 or see www.redrow.co.uk/tove.
