With two ‘off-plan’ sales, three early bird reservations and a database of more than 250 prospective purchasers, Redrow’s latest Northamptonshire development is off to a flying start.
Due to the high interest levels, the award-winning homebuilder has released the first properties for sale at Cransley Green in Broughton before it even has an on-site sales presence, let alone a showhome to view.
The homes are being marketed from Redrow’s existing Castle Fields development in nearby Barton Seagrave.
Tonia Tyler, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “With just 42 homes for private sale and a database of 250 people who’d registered their interest in Cransley Green, we were keen to enable buyers to reserve a property at the earliest opportunity. Castle Fields is less than six miles away from Broughton and so launching sales from there was an obvious choice.
“We held a special preview event, which was well attended, and we even had would-be homeowners queuing up an hour before we opened the doors. We’ve already taken two firm reservations, plus three ‘early bird’ registrations giving buyers first refusal when their preferred property is released for sale. We’re also working with other prospective purchasers who perhaps have a house to sell or want to utilise Help to Buy to make their dream move a reality.”
A dedicated sales area for Cransley Green has been set up within the Castle Fields marketing suite, where visitors can view the site model and be guided through floor plans by Redrow’s friendly, experienced sales team.
They can also view the showhomes at Castle Fields and nearby River View to get a feel for the quality and finish Redrow offers as standard.
Cransley Green offers a choice of homes from the sought-after Heritage Collection ranging in size from two to five bedrooms. Current prices start from £297,950 for a four-bedroom detached Oxford style family home.
Inspired by the architecture of the Arts & Crafts era, the homes will look traditional from the outside. Inside, they will boast bright, modern, high specification interiors including well equipped kitchens, plus en-suites to compliment family bathrooms.
As part of its commitment to ensuring its developments are sustainable, Redrow has pledged to invest almost £750,000 in the Broughton area. The majority of the funding will be gifted to local schools, with support for the library and other services also agreed.
Fully furnished showhomes are expected to open at Cransley Green in the summer. In the meantime, would-be home owners can find out more by visiting Castle Fields, calling 01536 238582 or see www.redrow.co.uk/developments/cransley-green.
