A heavenly choice of homes will soon be available to buy ‘off plan’ in Stafford.
With a growing database of potential purchasers eager to snap up new homes at Church View on Tixall Road, Redrow will release selected properties for sale in late November/ early December.
Those who’ve registered their interest will be invited to an exclusive event, giving them the chance to reserve before the homes go on general release. Buyers will have plans and computer generated imagery to help them make their choice, as well as a chance to see the location.
Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “Redrow is a brand people in this part of Staffordshire will hopefully be aware of, as our earlier development was a sell-out success. As the name suggests, our latest offering, Church View is situated in a neighbourhood well-served by local churches.
“Demand for new homes in Stafford remains high and would-be buyers have certainly been showing a strong interest in our latest new homes. In response, we will be releasing selected properties for ‘off plan’ reservation in the weeks ahead.
“The beauty of buying a brand new home in a development’s early stages is the sheer amount of choice available. Firstly, there’s a greater chance of securing your preferred style of home in the position you want. And, once you’ve reserved, there are plenty of opportunities to make it your own by personalising the specification.”
Prices for the three and four-bedroom detached Heritage Collection homes, which combine period style architectural features with bright, modern interiors, will be announced at the launch.
Customers will be able to explore the different layouts via www.redrow.co.uk and, by becoming an online member of ‘My Redrow’, can book appointments, look at what’s included, and make direct contact with recommended new build mortgage specialists.
Once they’ve reserved, buyers can also use My Redrow to make their design choices, selecting the finish of things like the kitchen or the bathroom tiles, perhaps adding practical extras such as hot and cold water filter taps, additional appliances or even eco options like a charging point for an electric car or water butt.
“While we’ll initially be selling ‘off plan’ at Church View, with show homes scheduled to open early in the New Year, we have a proven track record of building quality homes that people really want to live in and have won numerous industry awards over the years,” Pauline adds.
