Shrewsbury Buyers Buoyed for a Brace of Show Homes
Buyers in Shrewsbury will be rewarded for their patience with the opening of a pair of new show homes this weekend (July 16/17).
Redrow’s Lime Tree Meadows development launched ‘off plan’ in May and, while customers have been able to study the floor plans or visit show homes in the surrounding area, the opening of the Balmoral and Oxford show homes has been hotly anticipated.
Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “Even before we announced the launch of Lime Tree Meadows we had a list of potential purchasers. As work has progressed and the show homes have taken shape, we’ve seen an uplift in the number of enquiries. Some people simply couldn’t wait to view the show homes here and have travelled to other developments because they want to make an informed decision before committing to buy.
“The good news is that they’ll now be able to view two finished examples of our Heritage Collection homes right here in Shrewsbury – the four-bedroom detached Balmoral and Oxford designs.”
Spanning 1,808 sq ft, the Balmoral is the larger of the two properties. It features a dual aspect lounge, combined kitchen and dining room with adjoining utility, a family room or study, plus a cloakroom all on the ground floor. Upstairs, two of the four bedrooms have an en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve the remaining two bedrooms.
The Oxford offers 1,301 sq ft of accommodation including open plan kitchen and dining room, separate lounge, utility and cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite to complement the family bathroom.
“The show homes have been professionally designed, decorated and dressed to show would be home owners how their own new home could look. We aim for a look that’s aspirational, yet definitely achievable. We want visitors to feel instantly ‘at home’. They can also appreciate the attention to detail of our finish, the high specification that we offer and the quality of our fixtures and fittings,” Pauline added.
Current availability at Lime Tree Meadows includes three and four-bedroom homes from Redrow’s Arts & Crafts inspired Heritage Collection priced from £239,995.
Located on Ellesmere Road, the homes are within each reach of the town centre, which offers plenty of shops, restaurants and other amenities to cater for residents’ daily needs. The local station offers direct links to Birmingham and Chester with journey times of around an hour to each.
The sales office at Lime Tree Meadows is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm. Show homes at the development open this weekend (July 16/17). For more information see www.redrow.co.uk/lime or call 01743384259.
