New homes coming soon to Droitwich have the seeds for success – more than 500 people have registered their interest in the properties.
Redrow is building 241 new homes on land north of Pulley Lane and Newland Lane, the first of which are due to be released for sale ‘off plan’ in February.
Those who have expressed an interest in the properties will be invited to a special preview event before they’re made available to the general public.
Known as The Orchards, the development will enjoy a leafy setting with large orchards and allotments created alongside the new homes as part of £9million-plus investment in the local community.
Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “The volume of enquiries we’ve received from people keen to know more about the homes we’re building in Droitwich shows there’s not only a demand for housing in the area, but that people in Worcestershire recognise Redrow’s reputation for quality.
“We’ve previously built and sold homes in Worcester, Pershore and Evesham and so there’s an awareness of our Heritage Collection designs. People love how they combine the architecture of the Arts & Crafts era with interiors designed to meet the demands of modern living; and want to know when the homes will be available to buy.”
The Orchards will offer 145 private sale homes in a choice of two, three, four and five-bedroom designs. Prices for the properties will be announced at the launch.
Buyers will be able to explore the different layouts via the Redrow website and using the ‘My Redrow’ customer interface they can book appointments, look at what’s included, make direct contact with recommended new build mortgage specialists and make design choices to customise their new home
Along with new homes, the development will also feature more than five acres of open space including two large attenuation ponds, play areas and mature trees retained along the boundaries.
