ALMOST 200 Redrow homes in the Hamilton area of Leicester are now occupied and as building work progresses the housebuilder has moved into new show homes.
Launched in 2014, Hamilton Gardens and nearby Hamilton Park are now well established neighbourhoods with a real sense of community.
Between the two schemes circa 240 homes have been sold and approaching 200 of them are now occupied.
Due to the sales success Redrow has closed the doors to the original six show homes that have inspired dozens of buyers. Two new professionally styled and fully furnished examples of the Heritage Collection designs are now open at Hamilton Gardens with a third open from Saturday, December 9.
Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), explains: “Hamilton Gardens and Hamilton Park have come a long way since we launched the developments back in 2014. Now home to hundreds of people, they’re vibrant new communities where people really want to live and, if anything, they’re even more popular today than they were three years ago.
“Over the lifespan of our Hamilton developments we’ve made some changes to our Heritage Collection designs and so to reflect the properties currently available we will have three brand new fully furnished show homes.”
At Hamilton Gardens buyers will be able to view three-bedroom Ludlow and Warwick style properties; while at Hamilton Park the new show home will be a four-bedroom detached Sunningdale.
“Viewing all three properties will give visitors an insight into life in a brand new Redrow home, including the increased floor space, higher ceilings and doors include in our latest designs,” Pauline adds.
The two new show homes at Hamilton Gardens are now open. The new show home Hamilton Park will be open for viewing from December 9.
