SALES of new Redrow homes in Cawston, near Rugby, have passed the halfway mark a year after they launched.
And with Early Bird reservations on many of the remaining homes, buyers hoping to get in on the action had better plan ahead.
“Cawston Meadows has proved to be a really popular development and we are delighted with how sales have gone in the first 12 months; to have sold half of all the homes there is just amazing,” said Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands).
“But that’s not the full picture. While remaining properties have yet to be released for sale, many have Early Bird reservations attached to them which means eager potential buyers have paid a refundable deposit to secure first-refusal once they are.
“So, with far fewer homes potentially available at Cawston Meadows, we would suggest that anyone interested in becoming one of its residents needs to move quickly.”
Cawston Meadows offers a superb choice of four and five-bedroom homes, with four-bedroom properties currently available from £349,995.
All the properties are from Redrow’s outstanding Heritage Collection, with exteriors boasting the traditional craftsmanship and architecture of the Arts & Crafts period, and interiors focused on today’s needs and designs with light, open-plan spaces and high quality fixtures and fittings.
Among the homes is the Marlow, which affords a family plenty of room to relax alone or enjoy time together. A well-proportioned detached home, the downstairs accommodation features a combined generous kitchen/dining room with a large and comfortable separate lounge. There is also a cloakroom and utility as well as an integral garage.
Upstairs, careful planning makes the best of every inch of space and offers a host of features. As well as four good-sized bedrooms – the master of which has an en-suite – there is a luxurious bathroom and an option to install fitted wardrobes.
Located on the outskirts of Rugby, the homes are within easy reach of the M45, M6 and M1 and less than an hour from London by direct train, making it ideal for commuters; while a choice of excellent schools - including the well-known Rugby School – makes it the perfect place for families too.
