One of our team members and Nottingham local has been named one of the top customer experience professionals in the country.

 

Emma Donnelly, Head of Customer Service for the Midlands, in Kinsall Green, Tamworth, appeared in Customer Experience Magazine’s exclusive ‘Top 100 Customer Experience Stars’ list for 2021.

 

The annual list aims to recognise inspirational thought leaders of the industry and highlights the contributions of those who always put the customer at the centre of everything they do.

 

Emma, who joined the Midlands division in August 2019, was previously named ‘Inspirational Leader of the Year’ at the 2018 UK Business Awards and identified as one of Customer Experience Magazine's 'Top 25 CX Professionals' to watch out for in 2020.

 

Describing herself as ‘solution-orientated’, Emma prides herself on her ability to develop and support individuals in her team while improving departmental efficiency, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Emma said: “I was thrilled to learn I had been named as one of the best customer experience professionals in the country.

 

“It’s a fantastic achievement, but I believe you’re only as good as the people around you, and the Redrow team is nothing short of extraordinary – I wouldn’t be celebrating this win without their continued dedication and hard work.
