Top awards for Redrow's new website and its homes
Redrow Homes has celebrated a brace of UK Property Awards which recognise the very best of the industry.
Announced at a gala dinner held at the Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London, the company’s recently relaunched Redrow.co.uk was highly commended in the best developer website category before its luxurious Ringinglow Gardens development, in Sheffield, earned the top accolade of a five star award for Best Development.
Kim Peters, group sales and marketing director for Redrow Homes, commented: “These awards are some of the most prestigious in the industry and we were delighted to collect two on the night.
“Launching a new website involves a huge investment of resources and for it to be recognised in this way so soon after going live it’s a huge achievement and one we are very proud of. We hope our customers are also seeing the benefit of the improvements we’ve made.
“But the highlight of the evening had to be the top award we picked up in the best development category. Our New Heritage Collection is already a premium housing product but at Ringinglow Gardens we really raised the bar with superior specification homes in one of Sheffield’s most sought-after locations.”
It’s not just the judges who’ve given Ringinglow Gardens top marks, discerning buyers have also given it their seal of approval as all 11 homes at the exclusive development have now been sold.
The UK Property Awards are an annual event and part of the International Property Awards. The highest scoring UK winners will now go on to compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Arabia, the Americas and Europe to determine the ultimate ‘world’s best’ in each category. That’s an honour Redrow has known in the past, with its unique Knightstone Island refurbishment project in Somerset named ‘best redevelopment’ in the 2008 world awards.
Redrow Homes is one of the UK’s leading house builders, operating across England and Wales, with a strong emphasis on high quality family housing in prime locations. Its New Heritage Collection of family homes combines traditional looking, ‘Arts & Crafts’ influenced exteriors with bright, modern, high specification interiors. Established more than 35 years, the company has won numerous awards over the years. Redrow received a 5* Award in the Home Builder Federation (HBF) annual customer satisfaction survey in 2011 and 2012; collected the Gold award in the Large Housebuilder category of the 2011 What House? awards; and its ‘Our Pride ~ Your Joy’ campaign was named best marketing initiative at the 2011Housebuilder Awards for innovation and excellence.
