Join those who have already mastered a move to Heritage Park with Redrow
Moving house doesn’t have to live up to its stressful reputation, as Redrow’s customers have been finding out at Heritage Park, in Flintshire.
The housebuilder’s Mastermove incentive offers a lifeline to those who have a property to sell but are looking to relocate without any hassle to a brand new Redrow home.
One customer who is about to make a smooth move thanks to the scheme is 38-year-old operations manager Vicky Holt. Vicky has purchased a three-bedroom ‘Letchworth’ home at the sought-after development in Penymynydd.
She said: “I was looking for a new build property and found Heritage Park while searching online. It was the right location, property and price for me. I was also specifically looking for a new build home with three-bedrooms and with easy links to Chester so that I could commute to work easily, so it ticked all the boxes."
Instead of having to find a buyer for her existing home before she could choose her new house, Vicky made the move from her two-bedroom terrace using Redrow’s Mastermove scheme. It takes the hassle out of selling an existing house in simple steps:
- First Redrow will arrange to have the customer’s property valued and agree a selling price with them.
- Then they will liaise with one of their tried and trusted local estate agents to market the property on the customer’s behalf.
- Redrow will even pay all the estate agents’ fees
- All it takes is a small deposit, which Redrow will refund upon completion.
Vicky said: “From the start of the Mastermove process, I had an offer accepted in two weeks. It was a very fast and seamless experience, I can’t fault it, and the whole process went very smoothly. Using Mastermove meant I could take a step back and everything was sorted for me, I just had updates each step of the way.”
The new Mold Road development is already proving extremely popular. A number of new homes have been reserved since its launch in May. With everything from delightful two-bedroom homes perfect for first time buyers to large four-bedroom detached family homes, Heritage Park is a fantastic addition to the local housing market and will eventually feature 56 new Redrow homes.
Heritage Park is just seven miles from Chester, close to the glorious North Wales countryside, easy access to the A55. With shops, including the nearby Broughton Retail Park, schools and a range of sports and recreation facilities locally, Heritage Park is a great base for families.
