Be first in the queue to take a look inside Redrow's Heritage Collection homes in Bangor
Three beautifully designed showhomes are set to welcome people over the threshold to show off the lifestyle on offer at a new Redrow venture in Bangor.
Brand new three and four-bedroom houses will be available at the development, called Goetre Uchaf, catering for everyone from first-time buyers and couples to families, investors and those who are looking to downsize.
As of the weekend of June 28 / 29, visitors will be able to take a look around a three-bedroom ‘Letchworth’ style property, a three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ and a four-bedroom ‘Cambridge’ dressed to impress by Redrow’s interior designers. All of the homes have been built with modern family living firmly in mind with open plan areas and a stylish design inside and out.
The designs have all been selected from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection and marry a traditional Arts and Crafts architectural design with contemporary, 21st Century interiors.
What’s more, homes priced below £300,000 will be available to buy through the Help to Buy Wales initiative, which means that house hunters will be able to purchase many of Redrow’s properties at Goetre Uchaf with just a 5% deposit. The scheme also includes a 20% equity loan from the Welsh Government which reduces the initial purchase price.
Elaine Mounsey, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “We’re incredibly excited to show off our Heritage Collection homes and we’re expecting the trio of showhomes to be very popular.
“With Help to Buy Wales available at Goetre Uchaf, it’s the perfect time for homebuyers to come and take a look at what a brand new home in Bangor can offer. The homes are perfectly placed, with fantastic access into the centre of the city but they also offer a quiet haven away from the tourist hustle and bustle.”
Goetre Uchaf is just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Bangor. The mountains of Snowdonia lie to the west, and the magnificent coastline and Menai Strait to the east providing the best of both worlds. Bangor also boasts the longest High Street in Wales, with a wide variety of shops and stores, including the Deiniol Shopping Centre.
Holyhead can be accessed in less than half an hour, Conwy and Colwyn Bay in around 20 minutes and Chester in just over an hour.
Prices will be released at the launch event.
