How to master a move to a brand new home
Redrow is holding special events in Wrea Green and in Standish this weekend to let people know how to make a move to a brand new home the easy way.On Saturday July 11, at its Ricksby Grange development off Ribby Road, in the sought-after village of Wrea Green, visitors will be able to find out more about Mastermove, an initiative aimed at those who have a property to sell and would like to move with a minimum of fuss.
And on Sunday 12, the same event will be held at the Stone Brook development in Standish.
Both developments feature a range of Arts & Crafts influenced Heritage Collection homes spanning from three-bedroom to five-bedroom homes.
Once a new home has been selected, the award-winning housebuilder’s Mastermove scheme could help homeowners sell up and move on quickly, avoiding any lengthy chains – and paying their estate agent’s fees.
Customers who sign up for Mastermove will have their property valued and, once a selling price is agreed, Redrow instructs a local estate agent to market the property on their behalf. Crucially, the housebuilder keeps in regular contact with all parties to ensure the sales process runs quickly and smoothly and they will even pay the estate agent’s fees at the end of the day. All it takes is a small deposit, which will be refunded upon completion.
Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “At the events we’ll be explaining how Mastermove works in all kinds of circumstances. Whether you’re moving up, down or sideways on the property ladder, with Mastermove you should be able to avoid the headache of a long wait to sell your home. We’ll work closely with a local agent in a bid to help you sell your property much quicker and at full market value. We’ll have mortgage experts available during the events to offer impartial financial advice plus estate agents on hand to arrange property valuations.
“At Ricksby Grange a fully-furnished Henley showhome is due to open in September so we’d advise those interested to come and talk to us so they can beat the rush! And at Stone Brook, we’re already showing off the lifestyle on offer with a four-bedroom detached Oxford showhome open for viewing.”
Prices at Ricksby Grange currently start at £399,995 and at Stone Brook they start from £263,995.
The Mastermove events will be held on Saturday, July 11 at Ricksby Grange and Saturday July 12 at Stone Brook between 11am and 4pm.
