Developer Redrow has launched the final phase of its Sandy Lane development, with fewer than 10% of the luxury new homes remaining.
The currently selection features large four and five-bedroom executive detached homes from £344,995, but there will be some more three and four bedroom styles coming soon.

Customers who sign up for Mastermove will have their property valued and, once a selling price is agreed, Redrow instructs a local estate agent and online agent to market the property on their behalf. Crucially, the housebuilder keeps in regular contact with all parties to ensure the sales process runs quickly and smoothly - and they will even pay the estate agent’s fees at the end of the day. All it takes is a small deposit of £50, which will be refunded upon completion.
Current availability at Sandy Lane starts from £344,995 for a four-bedroom detached ‘Welwyn’ with en-suite, utility room and integral double garage; and rises to £410,995 for a substantial four-bedroom ‘Balmoral’, whose many features include a study and two en-suite bathrooms.
The final phase will also introduce some three-bedroom styles, including a brand new Redrow house design, the Leamington. What makes this home different is that each of its three double bedrooms boats a fashionable en-suite wet room. The property also has an open plan kitchen / family room and large separate lounge downstairs.
