New Oldham homes to launch
Properties will go on sale on April 16 when the award-winning house builder will reveal its fully furnished Oxford show home and a Stratford house style that’s being used as a sales office.
And would-be buyers are invited to go along to see this stunning collection of properties close to the wide open countryside of Saddleworth Moors.
Claire Jarvis, sales director for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “This is a great opportunity for people to be among the first to visit Meadow View and discover for themselves the quality of Redrow's homes and the equally fine location in which this development is set.
“Only by being there will they be able to truly appreciate what it offers: countryside views yet all the advantages and benefits of being so close to such a thriving town.”
She added: “The opening of our show home and sales office will also allow prospective buyers to see close up the superb finish and attention to detail that Redrow prides itself on.”
Meadow View will see 47 homes built, mainly four-bedroom detached family homes but with a selection of three-bedroom detached and semi-detached too.
All of the homes are from Redrow’s Heritage Collection, inspired by 1930s' Arts and Crafts styling, The homes combine traditional craftsmanship and design on the outside, with contemporary style on the inside, focusing on the needs of today's modern family.
There will be nine house styles to suit every taste and pocket, among them the Oxford and Stratford. Prices will be announced at the launch.
The Oxford is a fine example of what the Heritage Collections offers. Bay windows and a roofed porch capture the essence of traditional design, while inside homeowners are greeted with the ultimate in contemporary style, open plan living and a host of modern features.
As a detached property, the Oxford gives families plenty of space in which to enjoy time together inside and out, with the kitchen and dining area lending itself perfectly to being the heart of the home.
Its elegant lounge allows time for relaxation, while the bedrooms – the master of which has an en-suite – offer the chance to sleep in comfort.
Ideally placed for families and commuters, Greenfield Station is just 15 minutes away from where you can travel to Manchester city centre in only 35 minutes, and Huddersfield in 20. And, for the motorist, the M60 and M62 are only a 15 minute drive away, giving home owners access to the entire north west and beyond.
The development itself is close to a range of amenities and leisure facilities and within easy reach of the Oldham town centre, which is undergoing major investment.
