Hartford Grange in Cheshire has been named one of the UK’s best new homes developments.
It picked up a Best Residential Development Award for Cheshire in the 2019 UK Property Awards held in London and was one of 10 awards for Redrow, including two top-rated Five-Star titles.
The prestigious awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts and celebrate the very best of the UK property industry. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
Launched in February 2015, Hartford Grange, in Hartford, will eventually have a total of 270 properties – including 83 affordable homes – from our Arts & Crafts inspired Heritage Collection.
It features a variety of three, four and five-bedroom properties, currently from £402,995, situated in the heart of Cheshire, close to village amenities and with two train stations nearby.
As well as statutory contributions to education, highways and station improvements and affordable housing, we have made voluntary donations of £20,000 from its community fund to local groups and charities.
Jason Newton, our sales director for Redrows North west division, said: “We are incredibly proud to have won this award for Hartford Grange, which recognises both the quality of our homes and the support we have given to the community through our funds and also hosting an annual Christmas event for local people.
“Hartford Grange has been highlighted for the timeless facades and modern interiors of its homes and its wonderful neighbourhood.”
Lord Caithness chaired the panel which recognised Hartford Grange; alongside Lord Best, the Earl of Liverpool and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
The UK Property Awards are in their 26th year and cover more than 45 different residential and commercial categories. They are part of the world renowned International Property Awards.
