New sales centre opens at Kings Moat Garden Village
Redrow has opened the doors to its new sales centre at Kings Moat Garden Village, located less than two miles outside Chester city centre.
The bespoke sales centre is the first port-of-call for potential home buyers interested in the development and the Harrogate-style centre has plenty to see in terms of images, floorplans, and layouts, including a dedicated “choices suite” that customers can choose from a range of options to personalise their home interiors.
It also allows customers to get a feel for the four-bedroom detached Harrogate house style which is one of the properties that will feature.
The sales centre is now open seven days a week, usually from 10am to 5.30pm with a late-night opening until 7pm on Thursdays. It is a precursor to four fully furnished show homes that are due to open next month.
Anna Evans-Kerr, head of sales at our North West division says: “The sales centre opening is very exciting as we are now on countdown to our show homes opening. We are really looking forward to welcoming prospective buyers to Kings Moat Garden Village so they can experience for themselves how fantastic this development is.”
The fully furnished show homes will be the four-bedroom detached Marlow, Sunningdale and Richmond styles, plus a three-bedroom Leamington Lifestyle, one of a new generation of our homes that offer buyers fewer but larger bedrooms with the luxury of en-suite bathrooms to every bedroom.
Our new Chester development is perfect for all kinds of buyers, including families of all sizes, retirees and professionals who want to be a commutable distance away from Chester, Liverpool and Manchester, as well as have local amenities and the West Cheshire and North Wales countryside close by.
The development, off Wrexham Road, is the latest example of our innovative garden village concept. They are designed to offer a better way of living for all ages by creating thriving communities with plenty of green spaces, play areas, opportunities to walk and cycle, plus provision of, or proximity to, all the shops and services that people need.
Anna continues: “The sooner customers visit the better, as that way they will have a greater choice of properties to pick from. For example, they may be able to secure a property closer to a part of the development that will be important to them, such as the open space. Buying earlier also presents the chance to have more input into décor, fixtures, fittings and optional extras and upgrades, that can all be chosen through our online portal, My Redrow, meaning buyers can do it all from the comfort of their sofa.”
Kings Moat Garden Village currently offers a choice of three and four-bedroom homes, with current prices starting from £370,995 for a four-bedroom detached Shrewsbury at Emperor Park and from £434,995 for a four-bedroom detached Oxford at Roman Green.
