New year, new home? We've unveiled two new show homes
Our South Midlands division is opening the doors to its new show homes at Kingsland Park, on Goodwood Avenue – the Cambridge and the Marlow.
Members of the public are encouraged to book an appointment for a chance to be one of the first to look inside the two new show homes, which are perfect for couples, growing families or those looking for additional space.
Available to view is the four-bedroom Marlow, which combines a beautiful exterior, inspired by 1930s houses built in the Arts and Crafts era, with an interior that exudes contemporary style. The home features a generous open-plan kitchen/dining room, as well as a large, comfortable lounge. There is also a utility room and adjoining garage downstairs, as well as four generously-sized bedrooms upstairs that offer flexibility for multifunctional home office or gym spaces.
Visitors also have an opportunity to look inside the four-bedroom Cambridge, which offers all the practicality and flexibility needed to adapt to a modern families’ needs, without compromising on style. As well as visiting in person, prospective homeowners can also take a virtual tour of the home on our page, thanks to a handy interactive 3D floorplan.
Suzanne Irons, Sales Director for the South Midlands, said: “As the new year begins, we’re noticing an increase in people wanting a fresh start by moving into a new home that will fit all of their needs, whether that be a garage or a spare room which can easily be converted into a home office or gym.
“Our Kingsland Park development is located in a popular area of Northampton, with a number of outstanding schools nearby, which is ideal for families. After officially launching the development a few months ago, it’s great to be able to unveil two new show homes and invite local house hunters to take a look inside.
“We’ve taken all the necessary steps to ensure that visits can be done safely, including appointment slots, protective screens throughout the sales centres, and thorough cleanses between visits.
“We’re looking forward to showcasing our beautiful new Heritage Collection show homes and offering visitors a glimpse of what life will be like at Kingsland Park.”
Kingsland Park has implemented a number of measures to allow prospective house buyers to visit safely, including offering exclusive, unaccompanied slots for viewings, screening safety videos ahead of appointments, ensuring sales consultants are always two metres away from the customer, and installing protective screens and hand sanitiser throughout the sales centre. A thorough cleanse is performed after each appointment.
Those looking to find out more about homes at Kingsland Park are encouraged to book a time slot in advance.
