Last chance to enter community grant scheme
Last call for community groups and local charities to enter Redrow Homes’ ‘Building Our Community’ grant scheme in Lymington.
Just one week remains for local groups, charities and community figureheads to apply for Redrow Homes’ ‘Building Our Community’ grant scheme in Lymington, with entries closing on Friday 15th December. The Grant scheme, which launched in partnership with Lymington and Pennington Town Council and the Lymington Chamber of Commerce, has been open since November and has already seen a huge variety of groups apply.
There are five £500, three £1,000 and one £2,000 grants available for expenditures on projects, equipment or other items in order to help the local community,
The scheme is being delivered and judged by Mayor Barry Dunning, Councillor Alan Penson and Peter Leyland-Jones, owner of the esteemed Lanes of Lymington Restaurant and Chairman of the Lymington Chamber of Commerce together with Redrow Homes. As the judges prepare to review the entries and crown their winners, they are making a final call for any other community groups that may be interested in applying to make the move quickly, so as to not miss out on this fantastic opportunity to fund upcoming projects and initiatives in Lymington.
