We have recently opened three show homes at Oakdene at The Hoplands in Hersden. On Saturday 1st August, the Marlow opens its doors to the public for the first time, as the fourth and final show home.
The latest launch follows the reopening of our sales centres and show homes across the region, having developed robust plans for its workforce and customers. Stringent social distancing protocols, rigorous cleaning regimes and a range of physical measures to reduce the spread of Covid-19 are just some of the measures that have been introduced.
Sale centres are open seven days a week and appointments can be booked online or by phone, walk-ins are also welcome. On Thursdays there are extended opening hours until 7pm, with the evening slots available by appointment only. To ensure show home visits are safe and enjoyable, we are only allowing one party at a time to view each show home.
Interested buyers can also access virtual viewings online, speak to sales consultants remotely and legally reserve a new home via the housebuilder’s dedicated MyRedrow customer portal.
Show homes at Oakdene at The Hoplands
The Marlow, opening its doors this Saturday, is a four-bedroom detached property with well-proportioned rooms and large windows, flooding the home with plenty of light. The downstairs is designed around the spacious open plan kitchen and dining area which overlooks and gives access to the garden, along with a large lounge, separate utility, and integrated garage. The main bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, and the three further double bedrooms share a large family bathroom and have the option of fitted wardrobes.
