Redrow set to launch 133 new homes as part of new phase at Ebbsfleet

On Saturday 19th September, Redrow is launching new homes at Ebbsfleet Green, its flagship development in Ebbsfleet Garden City. The 133 new homes at Regent Village represent the next phase of the 900-home community.

The Georgian-style homes are from our Regent Collection, each boasting attractive traditional architecture and bright modern interiors. Regent Village will offer a selection of three and four-bedroom houses and townhouses, followed by a collection of apartments at a later stage. Each home within the Regent Collection has been carefully designed to create light-filled and welcoming rooms. Set across two and a half or three floors, the townhouses provide flexible spaces, with open-plan kitchen/dining areas, a separate lounge and generous bedrooms offering buyers the opportunity to create a home that fits their needs. One of the rooms could easily be adapted into a home office.

This latest release adds to the already established community being delivered by us at Ebbsfleet Green. To date 442 homes have been sold at the bustling new community and the new homes are set alongside already opened shops, including a co-op store, pub, and hotel. In the coming years, a primary school will open, alongside a community centre and commercial space. As the name suggests, Ebbsfleet Green is landscaped to create plenty of green spaces, with over 40% of the development designated as parkland or open spaces, including play areas, allotments and sports pitches.

The homes in Regent Village have been designed to include several carbon-reducing measures, including electric vehicle charging points. Energy conservation measures are also incorporated into the homes, including improved air tightness, high performance building fabrics and glazing and 100% low energy lighting.

In addition to the new phase launching in September, there is one remaining home from the previous phase, Regent Square. The last remaining home benefits from the same Georgian-style layout and is available to move into in early 2021, meaning buyers can use Help to Buy and benefit from the stamp duty holiday.

Residents at Regent Village will also benefit from the high-speed line which links Ebbsfleet International to London St Pancras in just 18 minutes. Canterbury, Maidstone and the seaside towns of Whitstable and Margate are also within easy reach via train and car. The Eurostar also calls at Ebbsfleet International, providing connections to Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam.

Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the sales centre and show homes at Ebbsfleet Quarter, where our sales consultants will be on-hand to assist with any queries. Our sales centres and show homes have now reopened across the region, having developed robust plans for its workforce and customers. Stringent social distancing protocols, rigorous cleaning regimes and a range of physical measures have been introduced. Sale centres are open seven days a week and appointments can be booked online or by phone, walk-ins are also welcome.

Customers are able to select a variety of extras and upgrades from our online portal, My Redrow, at each stage of the build programme. This includes flooring, tile colours for bathrooms and kitchens, upgraded appliances, fixtures, and fittings, fitted wardrobes and even a conservatory.
