South East division launches first Customer Experience Suite and a set of show homes at latest Sittingbourne community
We have now launched show homes and a brand-new interactive ‘Customer Experience Suite’ at Amber Fields, the 159-home community in Sittingbourne.
The Customer Experience Suites replace the previous sales centres which were constructed at our developments to support interested buyers. We have started to roll out the new suites nationally, with Amber Fields being the first development in the South East to host one. They have been designed to support our focus on sustainability and aid the buying journey from a customer’s first visit through to post-completion. Key features of the suites include brand new interactive digital technology where buyers can view available homes, select extras and upgrades and even complete their reservations online. The digital-first approach means the customer journey becomes completely paperless.
The Customer Experience Suite has been installed on the ground floor of the Oxford Show Home. Meanwhile, the upstairs emulates a home with four bedrooms with optional study. The main bedroom benefits from a private en-suite, while the other bedrooms share a family bathroom.
Show Homes now launched
Alongside the interactive sales facility, potential buyers are invited to tour two additional show homes, the fully furnished three-bedroom Leamington Lifestyle and the four-bedroom Marlow. All homes are from our award-winning Heritage Collection, recognised for its distinctive Arts & Crafts exteriors, paired with spacious and modern interiors.
The Marlow benefits from four well-proportioned bedrooms, ample space downstairs, optimal storage and an integrated garage. Upstairs the main bedroom is accompanied by a private en-suite, while the other three bedrooms share a family bathroom. Downstairs boasts a spacious kitchen, dining and family room at the rear, intended as the hub of the home. In addition, there is a separate living room, utility, W/C and garage. A modern conservatory has been installed off the dining area, which buyers can purchase as an optional upgrade through MyRedrow, our digital customisation tool.
The Leamington Lifestyle is a detached property with three generously sized double bedrooms, each boasting an en-suite to alleviate bathroom battles and busy family life. To demonstrate the flexibility of the space, one of the bedrooms has been reconfigured into a home office, something buyers have the option to re-create through our digital customisation tool. Downstairs there is a large living room, paired with an extensive kitchen, dining and family area with doors opening out onto the back garden.
