New house types coming soon to our Brizen Park development in Cheltenham
Redrow Homes has introduced two new house types at its Brizen Park development located in Cheltenham, the best place in the UK to raise a family according to the Daily Telegraph.
The range of new-build properties at the site will include two four-bedroom homes, The Kenilworth and The Oxford+.
The Kenilworth is a semi-detached three-storey house with a detached garage and driveway and The Oxford+ is a fully detached home across two floors with an integral garage.
Just three miles south of Cheltenham and situated on the edge of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Brizen Park caters to a wide range of needs, making it perfect for families, professionals and retirees alike.
We opened the development in 2018 and already it boasts a wide selection of house types starting from £360,995, including The Letchworth, The Warwick and The Stratford. The properties are from our Heritage Collection, which takes inspiration from the 1930s Arts and Crafts Movement.
Michael Ditchfield, who purchased The Letchworth at the development in May 2018, commented: “We chose to move to Brizen Park because it offered a larger range of designs, spacious living and promised a bigger community.
“We were one of the first few families to move onto the site and as such we have developed a friendly network of neighbours. We’ve been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation, fixtures and fittings. Since moving in, Redrow has been attentive and timely in dealing with any requests or questions.”
Oliver Rose, another owner of a Letchworth house type at Brizen Park, said: “I chose The Letchworth at Brizen Park because it accommodated all my needs, with the addition of modern architecture and spacious living. This meant that The Letchworth by Redrow was much nicer than any other new properties that I viewed.”
Libby Bolton, area sales manager at our South West division, added: “We’re not surprised that Brizen Park has been so popular, it’s in an ideal location and has great commuter connections.
“With the additions of The Kenilworth and The Oxford+ homes, we expect there to be even more interest in the development.
“We encourage prospective homebuyers that are looking to buy in the area to get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
“The sales office is open from 10am to 5:30pm and the sales team are on-hand to answer any questions including those that relate to the Governments’ Help to Buy Scheme.”
