This weekend Saturday 14th December we invite you to Orchids Place in Warfield and Kingsley Park in Arborfield for mulled wine and mince pies.
Prospective buyers are invited to pop along to the development show homes at any time between 11:30am-4pm to sample a mince pie and view the range of homes on offer. All homes at Kingsley Park and Orchids Place are from the award-winning Heritage Collection, inspired by the Arts and Crafts architectural movement of the 1930s.
The homes benefit from open-plan, contemporary interiors, with high ceilings and integrated appliances. Whereas exteriors are traditional, featuring gable ended roofs, porches and red or yellow brick exteriors. There will be a number of Redrow sales consultants on hand to respond to any queries.
Prices at Kingsley Park start from £259,950 for a two-bedroom apartment and £494,950 for a three-bedroom home, and prices at Orchids Place start from £475,950 for a three-bedroom home. The Government backed Help to Buy is available on select homes and our own Help to Sell initiative is available on all homes, helping buyers to sell their current home and move to their Redrow home.
Mark Vanson, sales director at our Southern Counties division comments: “The period following Christmas day and into the New Year is widely known as a popular time for house hunters across the UK to begin their next property search. To gear up for the festive rush and in celebration of Christmas, we are delighted to be hosting two events at Kingsley Park and Orchids Place.
“Whether you’re at the very beginning of your property search or have a clear idea of your next move, these events are a great opportunity to have a browse and ask our sales consultants any questions, no matter how small or large.”
Kingsley Park is our popular community set within Arborfield Green, Berkshire’s most recent garden village. The community benefits from a vast array of leisure amenities and green open spaces to enjoy, such as the specially built country park, Hazebrouk Meadows, cycle paths and woodland walks, various sports pitches and community allotments.
Arborfield Green has been designed in a way to promote individual well-being by encouraging residents to make the most of the outdoors, whether for exercising or socialising with friends and family.
Once fully complete, Orchids Place will be a thriving community of 116 homes in the village of Warfield. Located just two miles from the centre of Bracknell, Orchids Place benefits from a rural setting with easy access to local amenities.
Bracknell town centre is currently undergoing extensive regeneration to improve and develop new restaurants, shops and leisure amenities and the train station benefits from excellent links to London, with direct trains taking just over an hour.
