Show homes set to launch at new Shaftesbury development
On Saturday 21st March, Redrow is set to launch three show homes at Blackmore Down, its budding community in Shaftesbury, Dorset. The launch will give aspiring new homeowners the chance to view and experience the variety of house-types available first-hand.
Potential buyers will be able to look around the fully furnished show homes, including the three-bedroom Warwick, three-bedroom Oxford Lifestyle and four-bedroom Shaftesbury. The launch is taking place at 11am-4:30pm within the three show homes and our sales consultants will be on hand to respond to any questions or queries. At this time, we have put in place appropriate precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of customers, including increasing the frequency of its thorough cleaning regime and expanding the number of hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities. For a full update in relation to Coronavirus please see here.
The homes at Blackmore Down are from our award winning Heritage Collection, inspired by the Arts and Crafts architectural movement of the 1930s. Heritage Collection homes benefit from open-plan and contemporary interiors, with high ceilings and integrated appliances. Whereas, exteriors are traditional, featuring gable ended roofs, porches and red or yellow brick exteriors.
Once fully complete, the development will comprise 170 new homes to suit a range of buyers and lifestyles. Situated on the edge of Shaftesbury, the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is right on residents’ doorsteps. Blackmore Down is great for those who love the outdoors, for growing families, right through to ‘rightsizers’ looking for a new home in a rural setting.
Mark Vanson, Sales Director at our Southern Counties division comments: “The launch of a show home is often a pivotal point when bringing forward a new community, as house hunters are able to visualise and experience what their new home could look like.
“We are providing a range of show homes at Blackmore Down to showcase the variety of house types available, each with tailored layouts and features to suit a range of preferences and lifestyles.
