We are delighted to announce our newly established partnership with the Chichester Community Development Trust (CCDT), a charitable organisation spearheading a number of local projects that promote wellbeing and community spirit across the city.
The partnership will provide homebuyers at New Fields, our community in Chichester, the opportunity to access a range of discounts and local facilities.
As a customer completes on their new home with us, we will notify them of the available membership, offering to pay for it on their behalf.
Examples of the exciting discounts and amenities include:
- Reduced room/hall hire of various buildings in the area
- Preferential booking for events such as comedy nights, dinners, cookery events.
- Preferential booking of Nursery places
- Use of the Wellness suite and free treatments for those in need
- Book shop
The CCDT is also working on a number of coming soon projects, including:
- Bike hires
- Sports pitches
- Coffee shop and community shop
- Studio space for local artists
- Micro-brewery
- Community centre

Likewise, we submitted a joint planning application for the former Ford Airfield with Wates Developments, earmarked for 1,500 new homes and brand-new community facilities and infrastructure.
