We have acquired a 6.5-acre site along Bartons Road in Southleigh, Havant.
Purchased with an outline consent in place, we will be submitting a reserved matters application to Havant Borough Council for 70 new homes in due course.
The homes for private sale will range in size from two- to four-bedrooms, meanwhile 21 homes will be available at affordable tenure, either through shared ownership or affordable rent.
