As well as £150 in art vouchers for the winner, the Archi-tot’s school will also receive £100 worth of art vouchers – and the chosen creation may even be incorporated into our house designs.
Imaginative youngsters across the region have until Friday 19 February to submit their entries and be in with a chance of being named Archi-tot for the Thames Valley.
Sarah Boyce, Sales Director at our Thames Valley division, said: “Here at Redrow, we’re committed to bringing young people into construction, and are recognised by the industry for our training excellence and apprenticeship programme.
“What better way to celebrate the creative talent of local youngsters? Who knows, we could even put in a good word for the winner to become one of our new apprentices in a few years’ time!”
The unique Steeples development is a commitment to creating a ‘21st century garden suburb’, complete with green space, stylish homes and a strong sense of community. The new neighbourhood is one of the most advanced NHS England Healthy New Town demonstrator sites, with robust design principles in place to deliver infrastructure which is supporting residents to live healthier, more active lives.
There are a number of three and four-bedroom homes available, with prices starting from £537,000. Not only is there a selection of excellent private and state schools nearby, but the John Radcliffe Hospital is also within walking distance. Just off the A40 and a short distance from the M40, travelling couldn’t be easier, and with direct trains to London from Oxford or Oxford Parkway in less than an hour, you couldn’t be better placed.
