First-time buyer event at Potters Lea
Redrow Homes is welcoming visitors to its Potters Lea development in Kingsteignton, Devon, on Saturday 3rd November for a first-time buyer event.
Prospective first-time homebuyers will be able to view the stunning three- and four-bedroom properties currently available at both the Moorland Reach and Potters Lea developments and will have the opportunity to learn about the Help to Buy scheme and buying a home for the first time.
Between 11am and 4pm, visitors can drop into Potters Lea on Exeter Road in Kingsteignton, where the sales team will be on hand to discuss Help to Buy and answer any questions about the scheme.
Visitors will also be able to explore the beautiful homes from the Heritage Collection which takes inspiration from the soft colour palettes and traditional structures of the Arts and Crafts movement of the 1920s.
Moorland Reach and Potters Lea benefit from the local amenities of Kingsteignton while being surround by beautiful Devon countryside. It is also just two miles from Newton Abbot with mainline rail services also within easy reach.
Properties at Potters Lea start from £264,995 and we have also recently released a new selection of four-bedroom homes at the development which includes The Marlow and The Canterbury priced from just £344,995.
The available homes at the Moorland Reach development are The Oxford and The Cambridge, soon set to release the two and three-bedroom Eveshams and three-bedroom Broadway.
Help to Buy is a government-backed scheme in partnership with housebuilders which enables homebuyers to purchase a Redrow home with as little as a 5% deposit. The Help to Buy Equity Loan is only available on new build homes; the Government will lend up to 20% of the value of a new property through an equity loan which is interest free for five years.
Annie Williams, head of sales at Redrow West Country, said: “We’re very proud of our neighbouring Moorland Reach and Potters Lea developments and we’re looking forward to welcoming more visitors to the first-time buyer event in November.
“Help to Buy is a great way for prospective first-time homebuyers to get on the property ladder and the Redrow sales consultants will be a fantastic source of information for anybody thinking of using the initiative to buy their first Redrow home.”
