We’ve named our team at Aspen Park, Garforth, as Customer Team of the Year, beating off competition from around 120 developments nationwide.
The Customer Conference awards, which take place every year, were held virtually this year and celebrate those that have excelled in their roles within each of our 14 regions.
As well as announcing regional awards for Sales Consultant of the Year and Customer Service Employee of the Year, the overall Customer Team of the Year title was awarded to a team of nine individuals from sales, customer service and construction roles at Aspen Park after they consistently delivered for their homebuyers during a challenging year.
They have been described as a site team committed to delivering a quality service throughout the whole home buying process and beyond for Redrow’s customers.

The award follows on from us being awarded the coveted five-star rating for customer satisfaction in the Home Builders Federation’s (HBF) 2020 survey and is further evidence of how we value our people and highlights the teamwork and dedication to deliver a five-star customer experience.
