Visit our show homes
Once you’ve finished browsing our homes online, you should book an appointment to visit us. Our sales experts our very knowledgeable and will help answer any questions you have. You can look around our award-winning show homes and see for yourself the quality of our homes and get advice on the many options you have to personalise your home when it comes to fixtures and finishes.
Reserving your home
Once you have found your dream home it is time to secure the property by paying the reservation fee. This fee is included in the final purchase price of your home and will be deducted from the amount you pay on completion. After you have reserved your new home we will retain the plot in your name for a specified period. You will also be invited to meet with a sales consultant to run through the different aspects involved in buying your home. At this time, we will also inform you of the indicative period for the completion of your new Redrow home.
