Love blossoms at Redrow Homes' Brizen Park development
A young Cheltenham couple are celebrating their engagement after securing their dream home at Redrow’s Brizen Park development.
Jack Hayman and his partner Stephanie Vinall, who are originally from Gloucestershire, have been together for four and a half years after meeting on the same graduate scheme at a local accounting firm where they remain working to this day.
The pair officially made their forever plans on June 12 this year between reserving and completing on a four-bedroom Stratford home three months previously, at the Brizen Park development in Leckhampton.
The detached Stratford has a classically English exterior, boasting a garage, lengthy driveway and an interior fit for modern living. The property’s master bedroom features a beautiful en-suite and the spacious kitchen and dining area quickly become the heart of the home.
As for the proposal, Jack romantically rented a villa overlooking Lake Como to propose, after spending two weeks travelling around Italy.
Jack said: “I chose to propose overlooking Lake Como because we both always love to be by the water. One of our first dates involved rowing in South Cerney and so I wanted the backdrop for the proposal to be perfect.
“We had such a nice time travelling Italy for two weeks, but it was even more exciting to come back knowing that we could start planning for our new home and new life together.”
Brizen Park which is made up of three and four-bedroom properties, boasts traditional exterior designs inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement of the 1920s and 30s, with beautiful interiors created for modern living.
Stephanie said: “We really wanted a home that incorporated contemporary features and could give us more space as we start thinking about having a family in the future.
“Redrow were able to provide us with so much more for our money compared to what we had seen elsewhere in the Cheltenham area and so far, we have loved living at the Brizen Park.”
Jack also added: “A lot of young couples are moving into the development with the plan of having children and I think this will create a nice community that will be very much sought after.”
Libby Bolton, area sales manager at Redrow Homes, said: “I would like to congratulate Stephanie and Jack on their engagement and it is great that they have chosen the Brizen Park development as a place they would like to start a family.
“With outstanding schools in the area and the thriving town of Cheltenham nearby, it really is a wonderful development to bring up children.”
Brizen Park, on the edge of the beautiful Cotswold’s countryside and just three miles from Cheltenham, has become one of Redrow South West’s most popular developments with a variety of two, three and four-bedroom Heritage Collection homes.
Once completed, the first phase will be made up of 111 properties available from £389,995 with potential home-buyers able to benefit from Redrow’s Mastermove and part exchange schemes.
