You can now book an appointment online by visiting your development of choice. We're very much looking forward to welcoming you back to our sales centres.
We've put a number of new steps in place to enable you to visit us while maintaining social distancing. There are a few things you need to be aware of though, so please take your time to view our short video below before visiting us.
1. Arriving at the Sales Centre
When you arrive at the development please park in one of the allocated car parking spaces and wait in your vehicle. If you have travelled using public transport please wait at least two metres away from the entrance.
2. Waiting in your vehicle
Once our colleague is available, they will call you on the number given when you booked your appointment.
Once the sales consultant has opened the door please allow them time to get to a two metre distance before entering.
3. Maintain social distancing
You will then be directed to a designated seating area within the Sales Centre where you can discuss your requirements from an appropriate distance.
Our show homes are open for you to visit and our colleague will also be able to walk you through a range of information on-screen.
4. Use of hand sanitiser
Upon entering and leaving the Sales Centre, please use the conveniently located hand sanitiser stations that are available.
5. Maintaining cleanliness
After every customer visit the sales consultant will fully wipe down all of the key surfaces prior to the next appointment.

Can I visit a sales centre?
Redrow has put processes and measures in place to ensure you can visit a sales centre whilst maintaining social distancing. To visit a sales centre, please book an appointment at your development of choice.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment easily online by visiting your development of choice and selecting 'Book Appointment'. Alternatively, you can arrange your appointment over the telephone with one of our sales consultants.
You can make and manage your appointments using My Redrow our online hub available 24/7.
How many people can attend an appointment?
We are limiting each appointment to a maximum of 4 people at one time.
I haven’t got an appointment - can I just turn up to a sales centre?
You must have an appointment to visit one of our sales centres.
I want to reserve a new home, does this have to be done in the sales centre?
Our award winning Online Reservation is available, allowing you to reserve a property from the comfort of your own home, and in your own time. Please ask your sales consultant for further information.
What facilities will be available?
Our show homes are open for you to visit and our sales consultant will also be able to walk you through a range of information on-screen. Please note our bathrooms and drinks facilities will be unavailable to use during your visit.
Will I be given a brochure, or other collateral at the appointment?
Our sales consultants will share all useful information with you in an electronic format.
