Visiting Us

We've really enjoyed welcoming customers back to our sales centres and have been very grateful at how quick our customers have been to adapt to our new processes.

We've put a number of new steps in place to enable you to visit us while maintaining social distancing. There are a few things you need to be aware of though, so please take your time to view our short video below before visiting us.

Booking an appointment will guarantee your time with one of our sales consultants and means we are ready and waiting for you to arrive. You can book an appointment online by visiting the web page for your development of choice.

If you don't have an appointment simply give us a call upon arrival and wait in the allocated place until one of the team is ready to welcome you in. To comply with the latest Government guidance, all our visitors will need to wear a face covering when visiting our sales centres.

Here’s a quick overview of our new process for visiting us in six simple steps.

1. Arriving at the Sales Centre

If you have a pre-booked appointment, then when you arrive at the development simply park in one of the allocated car parking spaces and wait in your vehicle. Our sales consultant will then call you once they are ready for you.

If you don't have an appointment, join the queue and we'll be with you as soon as we can or if there is no-one there, give us a call.

2. Entering the Sales Centre

Once our sales consultant is available, they will open the door to let you in. Please allow them time to get to a two metre distance before entering.

To comply with the latest Government guidance, all our visitors will need to wear a face covering when visiting our sales centres.

3. Initial Questions

Before proceeding further our sales consultant will ask you a few simple questions to check neither you nor anyone else in your household is currently experiencing symptoms of Covid-19.

We’ll then direct you to use our hands-free sanitiser station.

4. Maintaining social distancing

You will then be directed to a designated seating area within the Sales Centre where you can discuss your requirements from an appropriate distance.

Our show homes are open for you to visit and our colleague will also be able to walk you through a range of information on-screen.

5. Visiting our show homes

If you’d like to visit our show homes that’s not a problem, though unfortunately we won’t be able to accompany you for this part of your visit.

We’ll provide you with disposable gloves to wear, alongside a no-entry sign to hang on the door, so you can be sure that no-one else will enter a show home you are viewing.

6. Maintaining cleanliness

At regular intervals throughout the day we will be fully wiping down all of the key areas, including door handles and other surfaces. We aren’t handing out any documents at this time but will be able to email any key information during your visit.

From the comfort of your home, you can continue your Redrow journey on My Redrow. Our easy-to-use personal space where you can keep track of everything related to your Redrow home purchase, including online reservation and choosing options.

If there is anything else we can help with don't hesitate to get in touch
